Here’s a tip: Investing a LOT of time for sleeping..like an hour or more than your actual sleep needs to accommodate for reading, falling asleep, waking up etc ..basically GO TO BED! As soon as you’re in bed, you could read a little if you want or just relax and think about life, then as you get more relaxed, having the lights dimmed or off, you just naturally get sleepy and fall asleep early…if you need less sleep that night you’ll just wake up earlier! But guessing how much sleep you’ll need and staying up later/finetuning it is, for me anyway, not ideal. I never hear any birds or monkeys after dark…straight to bed!! But they often start up, at least vocally, before dawn!
