RE: What are you training for, and how are you going about it?

Below are my first complete week 1 stats including my ride today. Today was a tough ride. I seem to have a difficult ride the day after I push myself hard. I also seem to sleep plenty more the next day. Is that normal? Anyway, Week 2 starts tomorrow. Should be interesting. They say rain Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and possibly Sunday and it’s raining now. Going to get out there anyway but I am not sure how easy it will be to get 100 miles in for the week. I might be the only one out there but I will be out there!!!
